Technical Principles

For single phase heat exchange,the irregularsurface of corrugated tubes constantly changes thefluid low direction,increases the turbulence of fluidand thinners the laminar flow layer,and thus enhanc-es heat transfer.For condensation process,as corru-gated tubes constantly change curvature along axis,the condensate can quickly form droplets to separatefrom the outer tube surface,thus reduces film heatresistance and enhances heat transfer.

Performance Advantages

The heat transfer coefficient is 1.5 to 2.5 times that of conventional plain tubes.
Full-process self-turbulence + corrugated surfaces that break the boundary layer, causing continuous swirling and flow separation of the fluid.
Good anti-fouling ability
Alternating thermal cycling and elastic deformation of the corrugations result in slight expansion, contraction and vibration of the tube wall, which can automatically shed loose fouling layers.
